Emily Scott, Director and Head Chef
Food is what Emily loves and she is passionate and driven. She creates dishes that follow season to season. Emily composes her menus daily based on the produce available and at its best. Emily expresses herself through the way she cooks and in her kitchen is where she feels most at home. Emily loves nothing more than delighting others through food, bringing friends and family around a table. Emily has 3 children Oscar, Finbar and Evie who constantly amaze and inspire her.
Jason Brain, Director and Front of House
Jason previously worked in the fashion industry where he developed his strong customer service skills and keen attention to detail. He made the move to restaurants six years ago, working front of house at Lambs of Sheep Street and The Vintner in his home town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Jason moved to Cornwall 18 months ago joining Jamie Oliver's prestigious restaurant Fifteen Cornwall at Watergate Bay.
Jason is very natural at what he does and together Emily and Jason have created a balance of fantastic food and a high level of service in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
Emma Stephens, Front of House
Emma has worked in variety of hospitality roles and joins The Harbour from Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant where she was previously working as assistant Sommelier. Emma is passionate about food and wine and brings her experience and enthusiasm to The Harbour team.
Louis Davies, Apprentice Chef
We are delighted to have Louis on board, he joins The Harbour team on a placement scheme. Louis has a natural flair for cooking and creating dishes. He brings lots of energy to the kitchen and a real passion to learn. Louis has huge potential.
Theo Cleave, Kitchen Assistant
Theo has been part of the team at The Harbour for 4 years. Theo is loyal and completly dedicated to his role. Theo sets the highest of standards.
